An action take by air units (or abstract air capability) to interfere with Enemy movement and/or supply.

This refers to maps that are not divided up by hexes, but rather into amorphously shaped areas. Movement of pieces is across borders between two areas.

This generally refers to playing a game where turns are sent back and forth rather than playing in real time. Originally, turns were sent through the mail. Then email. Now log files are often swapped using dropbox or discord.
