The 'Game' seen above is an added part from their 'Series' of 'W.W.I' battles/campaigns. A few garnered enough attentions to have their 'Folio Editions' get published on its own, or betterest yet, 'Designer's' type-! I do believe that certain kinds became so enlarged as to require 'boxes' in the 'Laundry Soap' size-!
Hoi y`all as some of these also had '5th', '6th', etc. expansions with later versions added into their 'mix'. Even after a couple 'QUADS' of some, they got yet another-('Pleasant Hill') The other version was this 2nd iteration, and what they had provided for others later on through their 'take' of the matters. "Spence & Gable" published many as-of-yet-covered 'topics' such with 'Mukden, 1905', 'Konigratz, 1866', etc. Decades later, still, across several 'Millenia' will there then become foisted of much more bettered versions, such with 'Command'/'XTR', 'Decision Games', etc.

Price for Next War in late 70s was $50 USD, which we thought was outrageous. An unpunched copy on eBay is ten times that.
