Was pleased to learn that designer Mike Lemick has been releasing a limited number of Plan 1919 Expansion copies to interested players.  I requested mine through the game's forum on ConSimWorld.  If memory serves, the entire cost including shipping was $20 USD.

The expansion includes a 4-page expansion rules booklet, a cardstock-printed player aid, and one sheet of counters.  The expansion counters are matte, as compared to the somewhat glossier counters of the original game.  The quality is very good, in my own opinion.

I'm looking forward to playing it soon.

It will not surprise you to know I have ordered this as well. He only printed a couple dozen, probably to see what sort of demand there is for it.
